When you complete our AI Readiness Audit, we collect:

• Your name and business name
• Your email address and phone number (if provided)
• Your answers to the audit questionnaire
• Basic business information such as industry, size, and tools used

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Generate your AI Readiness Snapshot and report
• Send you your audit results and follow-up recommendations
• Follow up with relevant offers and resources related to AI business integration
• Improve our audit tool and recommendations over time

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers who help us operate Conduit:

• Anthropic — AI analysis of your audit responses
• Supabase — secure database storage
• Resend — email delivery
• Stripe — payment processing (only when you make a purchase)
• Netlify — website and function hosting

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and handles your data in accordance with applicable law.

Email Communications

By completing the audit, you agree to receive your results and a short series of follow-up emails related to AI integration for your business. These emails are sent over a 14-day period. You can opt out at any time by replying with "unsubscribe" to any email we send.

Data Retention

We retain your audit data for up to 2 years. If you would like your data deleted sooner, email us at hello@getconduit.net and we will remove it within 7 business days.

Security

Your data is stored in an encrypted database and transmitted over secure HTTPS connections. We never store payment information — all payments are handled directly by Stripe.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time

Cookies

Conduit does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. We may use basic session storage to maintain your audit progress within a single visit.

Children

Conduit is intended for business owners and is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Conduit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
